Not worth the price
The location is in a nice quiet part of Brisbane
The apartment is quite dated. We couldn’t get our fan to work and was tough to get someone to help. The check in was fairly easy with a drop box however there are no instructions on apartment and it’s functioning.

Satisfactory.
Location is ideal for our needs. Proximity to the city and Toowong is excellent.
Some maintenance issues within the unit were not repaired.

Great location, spotless and clean with excellent facilities.
Everything. From car parking, location to shops and pubs, river cat ferry, unit itself is spotless with a great kitchen and facilities, big tv, spotless bathroom and well furnished. I can’t fault it.
An extra block out blind in the bedroom over the door. Not a real problem though.
