We had a swarm of bugs that entered our room, all over the floor, walls and furniture!
Coffee was great

Great location, not great customer service (except for Josh who was lovely)
Great location. Very walkable to many attractions in the city. Josh at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
The valet check-in process was terrible. We were the only vehicle when we arrived and there were two valet staff who just stood there while we took our bags out of the car, not even offering to help. I asked for a luggage cart but was informed that there weren’t any available because there was a wedding party who was using all of them. Then a photographer walked up to us and asked us to move our car so he could get a better shot of the bride who was about to walk up. Clearly we weren’t the most important guests of that moment. I handed over the car keys to the valet and rolled all of our bags inside without assistance from any staff.

The resort met all my expectations!
Great location to the plaza and art galleries. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Pool area was very relaxing and beautiful space. Would come again.
A bit pricey but like that there wasn’t a lot of noise.

Beautiful historic property lots of special touches in common areas, guest rooms, and pool area.
This hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful. Special touches like lavender sachets at night, Beautiful shops, wonderful gathering spaces, balconies, restaurant, and bar. Great location close to downtown Santa Fe. The rooms are large and fresh, beautiful furnishings and extras. The pool area was beautiful and the property landscaping was amazing.
It was pricey, but everything was fresh and clean.

Wonderful room service meal and supreme comfort leaving me feeling pampered which was my goal
Southwest beauty and ambiance on full display. A valet as I was leaving without my phone who saved the day 🫶
Very slow checkin and no bell person to support transferring bags and managing my cart. Called for 20 min front desk finally helped so I could place a room service order
