    Extremely disappointing, and not worth the exorbitant price!

    Patrick’s breakfasts Peaceful and quiet location

    Our room and the common room were in poor condition and in need of upgrades and improvements. The hot tub was pathetic, with broken parts, and controls that were inoperable. It was full of pine needles and other debris and hadn’t been filtered or cleaned. Our room had cobwebs, spiders,dingy, stained rugs, heaters that didn’t work properly, and small uncomfortable chairs. The common room was cold and inhospitable. James never seemed to be able to have a fire going to warm things up in the mornings. so it wasn’t a pleasant place to spend time.

    The staff was great and the location was very nice but a bit on the rugged side

    Great dog friendly stay and appreciated the kindness to my dog..... the home is very welcoming and cozy and property is close to everything yet set back to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!
