    Zentrumsnahe Wohnung mit besonderem Flair und schöner Möblierung

    Die Kommunikation und die Angaben des Vermieters waren alle ok, der Tresor mit dem Schlüssel direkt vor der Tür, der Parkplatz in guten Laufdistanz. Die Lage in Zentrumsnähe war prima für Fußgänge in die Stadt. Das aktuell eine Baustelle für Lärm und Umleitungen sorgt, ist ja nicht dem Vermieter anzulasten. Sollte aber sicher mal vorbei sein. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gemütliche Küche. Es ist keine "Übliche" Wohnung und die Vermieter haben sich Mühe gegeben diesem Charakter zu entsprechen.

    Die Wohnung liegt etwas tiefer - noch kein Souterrain aber halt unter dem Gehwegniveau. Alle Fenster gehen auf irgendeine Fläche, die als Fußweg oder auch Parkfläche dient - dadurch halt entsprechende Geräuschentwicklung. Leider "roch" die Wohnung bei Ankunft etwas muffig - was aber nach einem halben Tag Lüftung nicht mehr so richtig wahrzunehmen war.
