    Loved the apartment and had a great time in Seville!

    Impressive clean and well appointed

    Entry was a problem and once we managed to get in the keys worked fine, the app worked for the apartment door but not on the outer doors which resulted in multiple trips up and down stairs when we arrived back separately. Even checking out meant a trip down with luggage, propping open the entrance doors and then returning the keys to the apartment before leaving. Maybe face to face at check-in would mean any issues regarding the app could have been resolved there and then which they were not in our case.

    It is a beautiful apartment and in a good quite location. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Its a pity you need to download app to get access to building and apartment. Not everybody has a smart phone and only one set of keys between three of us. Dont let this put you off staying here just need to be made aware of it in advance.

    I would not stay in this property again as you need phone app to get access into the building and apartment. My phone went dead while out and I was locked out of apt until somebody came with the keys.

    Mixed, pros and cons

    Location. 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and welcoming coffee pods, linen and towels good quality.

    Air con did not work at all on first night and subsequent days/nights it needed turning off and back on using the main fuse box. Door app stopped working after the first use and had to buzz neighbour to get in the building. Always take keys with you. Dodgy locks in middle gate using keys. 4 short flights of steps to get to the 2nd floor. No lift. Management company wanted us to stay in waiting for maintenance to come and look at the air con. Other guests have also commented in the book about the air con turning off if it doesn't sense anyone moving for an hour which means every evening when you sleep. I would not recommend any of my family and friends to stay in any property in 40 degree centigrade heat without guaranteed air con being fully functional.
