  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should be aware of my experience. I booked this reservation on July 24 for a check-in on August 6. Because my trip had already been confirmed, I intentionally chose a non-refundable rate. Unfortunately, my father had to visit the emergency room twice, forcing me to cancel my Yosemite trip. As soon as I realized I could no longer travel, I contacted the property on July 29, approximately one week before check-in. I did not wait until the last minute because I wanted to release the reservation as early as possible instead of holding a room I knew I could not use. My first request was declined due to the cancellation policy, which I understood and respected. However, when I politely asked whether they could consider a full refund, a partial refund, or any other possible solution, the property’s second response consisted of only one sentence: “We are unable to provide a refund.” There was no further discussion, no attempt to explore any alternative solution, and no willingness to communicate beyond that single sentence. I then requested to speak directly with a manager or someone with decision-making authority. I never received a response. I also called the property four or five times, but no one answered the phone. What disappointed me most was not the financial loss itself. It was how I was treated throughout the entire process. I tried to communicate respectfully, contacted the property as early as possible, and made every reasonable effort to find a solution. In return, I was left feeling ignored, powerless, and without any meaningful opportunity to discuss my situation. In my opinion, this experience demonstrated a lack of empathy, a lack of customer care, and a complete absence of the hospitality that guests should reasonably expect. A hospitality business should be more than simply enforcing policies. It should also value communication, professionalism, and basic human understanding.

  We had a great experience.

  It is a beautiful and very spacious place. We all loved our stay. It is self check in, but you get all the information needed.

  The location was pretty convenient. And the house is pretty big. But the check out was too early

  Easy access to the door code

  Dirty the floor wasn't mopped. The sofas are disgustinv big stained was left on the sofa bed you can tell that it wasn't washed

  At first, find our house was confused, I was very impressed with the house after found the place. There was no grill gas for barbecue, so eating outside was a bit little tricky.. But everything was very impressed and had a good time.
