  A very cozy and comfortable B&B with the most delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

  It was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

  The room at the end windows did not close properly so insects and mosquitos could come in.

  Comfortable stay

  Excellent and succulent breakfast options. Courtesous staff. Spacious and spotless room and ensuite bathroom. Quiet and peaceful place and neighbourhood. Just 3km out of town. If you enjoy running/jogging with elevation, Namiwawa is your neighborhood, stay at this place.

  Not what I didn't like but a recommendation for them to consider preparing dinner upon request. Alternatively, they can provide a microwave in the kitchen for guests to warm their "external" food.

  My stay at Instahomes was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the owner (I believe), whom I had the pleasure of communicating with, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. That level of attentiveness extended to the entire team—from Jane, who kept the space immaculate, to Martin, the driver, Raphael, who pleasantly surprised me by waking up early to ensure I had breakfast to take along with me, and every other staff member I encountered. Everyone was truly top-notch. On my first day, there was a slight hiccup with the internet, which was initially unstable. However, by the very next morning, it had been completely resolved with a new setup. What stood out was not just the quick fix, but how effortlessly it was handled—I didn’t have to stress or follow up. As someone working with deadlines, that meant everything to me. Throughout my stay, I experienced zero setbacks. Everything worked seamlessly, allowing me to focus and relax at the same time. The breakfast was exceptional, and the ambiance… simply divine. The space is breathtaking—calm, quiet, and deeply connected to nature. It offers a rare blend of comfort, elegance, and organic beauty. Honestly, I believe Instahomes deserves an even higher rating than it currently has. For anyone who appreciates excellence, serenity, and a touch of nature all in one place, this is truly a gem. Highly recommended.

  My stay here was very comfirtable and peaceful, very responsive host and staff

  Everything was great, I loved the calm & quiet environment and accessibility to the town centre for the business meetings was good.

  The milk could be abit warmer, for the breakfast bit. But everything else was exceptional
