Nice location. Attractive accommodation. Large sash windows in the breakfast room. Lounge available. Very good breakfast. Choices. Well cooked. Certainly set you up for the day.
Perhaps notice that 'fine' imposed if you got to accommodation after 6pm . But understand owners want boundaries

Perfect.
It’s in a superb location, just a few minutes walk from the estuary/beach, and excellent restaurant and pubs. And because it’s a short walk from them, the property is quiet at night.

Lovely place you stay, calm and comfortable with excellent hosts. Breakfast was superb, fresh and tasty.
Perfect location for us with easy access to Instow and the ferry to Appledore. Room was a good size and very comfortable. The piece of cake was well received!

Wonderful hosts and a fabulous stay.
Welcoming hosts, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is simply unbelievable, Perfect in every way. 5 minute walk down to the village. Parking right outside. There were 8 of us on a golf tour, great location for the courses. Rooms were split to twins for us. Fresh cakes every day when we arrived back was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Would highly recommend
