10 dni pobytu rodzinnego. Nie polecamy tego apartamentu.
Położenie apartamentu blisko morza, 3 minuty pieszo, piękny duży taras z częściowym widokiem na morze, przestronny apartament, ładna łazienka, mała pralnia z pralką, piekarnik, zmywarka, płyta kuchenna i kuchenka mikrofalowa.
Brak klimatyzacji, który przy temperaturach 27, 28 ° w Hiszpanii jest niezbędna. Niestety nie dało się spać w nocy, mimo otwartych wszystkich okien. Wentylatory pod sufitem tylko w 2 małych pokoikach, z tego jeden na początku działał tylko przy zapalonym świetle( córka musiała spać przez całą noc przy zapalonym światłe) po 3 dniach całkowicie przestał działać. 2 dnia problem został zgłoszony właścicielom, którzy zamiast przyjść naprawić wentylator, nic nie zrobili w tej sprawie. Tak jak ktoś napisał, że jest przenośna klimatyzacja to niestety również nieprawda. Niestety zostaliśmy zmuszeni do zakupienia swojego przenośnego wentylatora, żeby można było jakoś przeżyć kolejny tydzień w tym apartamencie. Przy dosyć wysokich kosztach za apartament brak klimatyzacji w lipcu i sierpniu to totalna porażka.

Bel appartement, beaucoup trop chaud pour ne pas être climatisé !
Appartement bien placé par rapport à la mer, malheureusement dans une rue assez sale. Appartement agréable, bien agencé, assez bien décoré, propre, spacieux ; la terrasse Ouest (avec petite vue sur la mer) était très agréable le matin et le soir, mais intenable l'après-midi ! la vue sur les collines environnantes était belle, même si les immeubles de proximité gâchaient un peu le plaisir... L'appartement est situé au dernier étage (5è) avec un ascenseur souvent en panne.
L'ABSENCE DE CLIMATISATION ! Appartement situé sous les toits, très chaud, et impossible à maintenir à une température agréable malgré toutes les précautions d'usage, L'ascenseur nauséabond et peu rassurant. La porte-fenêtre du salon ne ferme pas. La télé ne fonctionne pas. Le ventilateur d'une des chambres était défectueux, j'ai dû dormir sur la terrasse à la belle étoile !!!

Bel endroit à Palamós
La propreté. Le bon état. Les équipements.
Le wifi manuscrit difficile à déchiffrer et obligeant à contacter l’agence. Aucune information où se débarrasser des poubelles. Id pour le stationnement. Pour info, fin avril le stationnement marqué bleu est gratuit autour de l’appartement.
