    The worse hotel in Benidorm

    Nothing at all the the staff at door are the rudest people on this earth and treated me and my partner like dirt and seem to say you can’t drink alcohol if you want to stay in their hotel. So most people drink alcohol that go to Benidorm they have to remember it’s Benidorm not Bethlehem.

    Every thing especially they staff is it Gorge. They shouldn’t be allowed on bookings.com which I have used for 20 years and had no complaints. Disgrace of a place and the staff are terrible.

    Bonita experiencia en este edificio de ensueño , repetiremos seguro

    Las instalaciones son impresionantes ,y el apartamento en sí es muy cómodo y estaba todo muy nuevo y muy limpio

    La verdad que me ha gustado todo , nada negativo a destacar
