Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos. The person in charge of the pet must present the updated vaccination card. Please note: The room service is available from 7:00 to 22:00. Please note that the full amount of the reservation will be charged upon check-in. Extra charges will be debited automatically on the credit card informed upon check-in. Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout the hotel. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
