I stayed at the hotel from October 15th to October 23rd, and honestly, my experience was quite disappointing. There was a constant lack of peace, quiet, and comfort due to ongoing maintenance work. The workers were making excessive noise, making it extremely difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. When I contacted the reception to complain, I was simply told that the maintenance work was carried out from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means guests have to endure seven hours of noise and disturbance, with little to no consideration for their comfort and well-being. What made the situation even more frustrating was that no one even considered offering me another room to avoid the noise. Honestly, I felt that there was a complete lack of customer care, hospitality, and genuine concern for the guests' experience. A hotel should be a place where guests can relax and feel comfortable, not a place where they have to put up with hours of disruptive noise. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled showed very little consideration or appreciation for the customer.
