Fairytale castle in the middle of the forest. Dreamy and beautiful
Beautiful property, wonderful staff. The hiking trail was my favorite thing about the place, which ends with a beautiful tennis court. My dad had an accident and the hotel dealt with it wonderfully, shoutout to Theo for being so helpful in getting him medical attention. The rooms are so spacious and the views are crazy. Such a nice touch giving kids the robes and slippers and kit, made them feel special. Location is not bad you can uber anywhere you want and Chantilly town is only 15 mins away. Definitely made some core memories here
Housekeeping could be better, only came after i asked because they didnt service the room for 2 days.

Hôtel au top mais absolument pas le resto à la hauteur de l hôtel
L emplacement, le cadre L accueil ,Le personnel sympathique
Le restaurant pas du tout au niveau de l hôtel Les verres pas changés à chaque vin( du rouge servi dans le même verre que le blanc) Le vin servi une fois le repas terminé Le filet de bœuf demandé saignant et arrivé bien cuit Les portions plus que petites Le prix bien trop élevé pour ces prestations 100€ par personne
