Helpful staff, keep maintaining good hotel quality.
Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, but some also quiet nervous with foreigner guests maybe cause they can't speak english. It’s an old hotel, but they maintain it very well.
The hotel is located quite far from the city center. I actually came to this hotel for the Water park and Paradise Island, but when we arrived, they were closed. We were very disappointed. Otherwise, we would certainly be very satisfied.

Для семей с детьми самое то! Но не для тех кому нужно тихое место.
Центр города, большой отель, качество на высоте, завтраки отличные и большой выбор еды.
К сожалению из-за аквапарка достаточно шумно. Жить постоянно 7-8 дней - шум надоедает. Для жителей сам аквапарк достаточно дорого, не на каждый день. За 7 дней посетили 1-2 раза.

Hotel je zajímavý, ale ne moc pohodlný
Z vyšších pater je super výhled, v pokojích je klid. Snídaně jsou velmi bohaté a jídlo výborné.
V hotelu jsme měli objednaný pokoj pro 3 dospělé osoby a ubytovali nás v pokoji, kde byla jedna manželská postel a žádná přistýlka nebo další postel. Trvalo nám asi hodinu, než jsme si vykomunikovali změnu pokoje a přesunuli nás z nejvyššího patra do přízemí. Zařízení pokojů je staré a docela smradlavé.
