Fabulous hotel, best stay in Japan
The Intercontinental exceeded every hotel we stayed in Japan. Beautiful room, outstanding breakfast, gorgeous bathrooms. An absolute steal for the money.
The bathrooms use an opaque glass for the toilet and shower/bath. Unless you don't mind someone seeing you sit on the toilet or bathe, I feel this is an oversight by the hotel. Minor complaint considering everything else was A+.

Our stay was fantastic, we would definitely choose to stay at Intercontinental again.
The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with excellent city views. The restaurant was fantastic for both the buffet breakfast and À la Carte and the gym facilities and pool were fantastic too. The staff were helpful and accommodating right from the time of arrival until we checked out.
There was no alcohol free beer or wine in the mini bar
