    The worst experience

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel. The soundproofing was extremely poor, both from the street and between the rooms, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax. The refrigerator was not working, and the shower in the bathroom was also not functioning properly. In addition, there is no restaurant inside the hotel, which I expected to be available in a hotel of this level and in such a central location. Considering the price and the hotel’s reputation, I expected a much higher standard of comfort, service, and maintenance. These issues had a significant impact on the quality of my stay. That said, I would like to mention that the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the issues with the room and the overall facilities.
