    Super Betreuung!

    Das allerbeste war die Betreuung von Frau Lopez!! Sie war an der Rezeption als wir ankamen, so ging das einchecken problemlos! Sie gab mir Ihre Kontaktdaten, so konnten wir sie jederzeit alles Fragen! Das ist unglaublich wertvoll gewesen, denn es spricht fast niemand Englisch in Shenzhen. Wegen Frau Lopez würden wir wieder in das Hotel kommen! Danke

    Très bien

    Les installations sont très jolies et le cadre également. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée. Les employés ont été très agréables et à l'écoute. Je remercie particulièrement Dafne Lopez qui m'a beaucoup aidé lors de mon séjour et l'a rendu d'autant plus agréable.

    L'expérience à l'hôtel a été très agréable et confortable sur tous les points, à l'exception de l'attente pour déjeuner , une queue de 30 min me paraît limite indécent , une autre organisation devrait être pensée .
