The location is great if you are going to Limerock. For the price the place needs major upgrades
The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly
Room was very musty, The smell was overwhelming and there were cobwebs and small flying gnats, in the bathroom all over the walls.

Fair room price, good location, friendly staff.
The location was perfect. The price was fair. The room was generally clean.
The low 100 series rooms in the main building were musty. Our patio only had one chair and the A/C unit was rusty, so sitting out on the small patio was undesirable. The handicap bathroom had a retractable bar in it, but wasn’t retractable to move it out of the way for normal use, and it obstructed the whole right side. They need to be retractable and able to be out of the way. Also, booking offered an incentive for Breakfast Included, but when we got there the hotel manager said that wasn’t the case. The breakfast was $75 for four people for a small buffet. We didn’t eat there a second time because it wasn’t a good value. For what the offered, $10 would have been fair.

The room isn’t great, but I would still stay again because of everything else they have to offer
The grounds and facilities were excellent. They have lake access with swimming and a raft and also have kayaks and canoes that you can use and chairs if you just want to chill by the lake. They also have a great outdoor pool and chairs with wonderful landscaping. If that’s not enough they also have a tennis court and two pickle ball courts
My room smelled like cigarettes, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the balcony door lock was broken.
