Großzügige Unterkunft und ruhiger Lage
Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage etwas außerhalb der kleinen Stadt. Jedoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5-10min an jeder erdenklichen Stelle. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und man hat viel Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Unterkunft muss dringend!!! Saniert werden. Es ist alles veraltet, das Bad ist super klein und es fehlt einfach Liebe zum Detail. Bei uns war das Kaminglas defekt, somit konnten wir diesen nicht nutzen. Die Sauberkeit war schlecht. Wir hatten es bereits angesprochen. Trotzdem hat die Unterkunft wirklich einen tollen Charme, es benötigt nur mehr Liebe und einen frischen Anstrich. Potential wäre zu 100 Prozent da. Aus diesem Grund gibt es keine schlechtere Bewertung.

Bit disappointing.
Location on the hill is just great: very quiet and yet you're in the center of Baie St Paul within 10 minutes. The view (hills and sea) from the large window is fenomenal. Lots of space and light, Large kitchen. Bright bedroom (in the den).
This apartment is in desperate need of some tender love and care. Things aren't clean and outdated (washer and dryer), Curtains have stains. Kitchen no dish washer and very loud fridge. Bathroom very unhandy lay-out, old and small, shower door unfresh. Etc. The pictures suggest a different look and feel. I received very long mails with all the rules, which I found a bit inappropriate, given the state of the apartment. It's a pitty, because the apartment itself is an absolute gold mine.
