Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt dort und wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen.
Lage Anlage: sehr schön, schöne Badebucht(en) Kinderbetreuung/Kinderprogramm sehr gut! Frühstück gut, der Kaffee könnte irgendwie schon besser sein.
Preise im open air Café/Restaurant teilweise zu hoch (Drinks) Unsere beiden Appt.s hatten null Sonne

Not happy about stay
Good breakfast, nice location
The neighbors in the adjacent hotel room smoked on their balcony every evening. This is not a family-friendly hotel. We couldn't go out onto our balcony because of the smell. Eventually, the room itself started to smell from the neighbors' smoking. One day the elevator wasn't working. We had to get to the 3rd floor with a baby stroller. Staff just said - I’m sorry. We will try fix it. You have to pay extra for the children's water park. The cost is high.

Really nice facility. -The cleaning staff were excellent as were all the staff in the restaurant. We really couldn’t fault them. -The room was well laid out and modern. -The gym was well equipped and had decent equipment for a hotel gym. -We didn’t have any issues with sun loungers but it was later in the season. -We used Taxis Calador for airport transfer who are based in the area. They were recommended and couldn’t fault them. They provide baby seats.
The food at both breakfast and dinner I felt was below average compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d love to come back to the hotel but wouldn’t include the meal options next time. Cala D’Or has some really nice restaurants which we ended up going to at the end of our stay. - Would recommend a water fountain in the gym

Bitte keine Freizeitangebote (Flyer) mehr für Delfinarien in in der Umgebung (betrifft auch gesamt Spanien) für die Gäste auslegen und anbieten. Dies sind in heutiger Zeit keine angemessenen Freizeitangebote für Familien mit Kindern mehr. Sie entsprechen nicht den heutigen Standards im Tierschutz, das ist Tierquälerei und sollte nicht mehr unterstützt werden.
