Personal extrem unfreundlich, wir sollten unseren Aufenthalt doppelt bezahlen obwohl wir Belege vorgelegt haben, hat die Dame an der Rezeption 20 Minuten diskutiert und wurde extrem unfreundlich, Personal beim Frühstück ebenfalls extrem unfreundlich - Qualität vom Frühstück unterirdisch

Alles top bis auf die inkompetente Art des Rezeptionisten
Die Lage war super ...Einrichtung der Villa war gut..
Die Küche war schlecht eingerichtet. Wir haben durch die Rezeption einen Transfer zum Flughafen gebucht...hatten extra nach 2 Kindersitzen gefragt. Das Taxi kam 30 Minuten zuspät ohne Kindersitze.Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption war äusserst inkompetent..hat nicht nachgefragt wo das Taxi ist...es war ihm absolut egal...wir kamen durch die Verspätung noch in den Stress....schade es hat unserem Aufenthalt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack hinterlassen.

konum çok iyi; iki koya da yürüme mesafesinde olması güzeldi. havuz manzara temizlik yeterli düzeydeydi
Yemek kalitesi daha iyi olabilir gerek kahvaltı gerek akşam yemeği olarak geliştirilebilir.
