    Lage ist gut, Wohnung könnte sauberer sein.

    Das Apartment befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Die Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut Flussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug. Die Vermieterin Helena ist freundlich. Mit ihr kann man über Booking und WhatsApp kommunizieren. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist gut.

    Das Badezimmer macht einen dreckigen Eindruck. Die Duschwand ist stark verkalkt. Die Silikonfugen wirken verdreckt. Im Waschbecken befand sich ein dunkles Haar, der Abfluss ist abgenutzt. Die Badezimmertüre war dreckig und stark abgenutzt. Es gibt im Schlafzimmer lediglich eine große Decke (+weitere dicke Decken im Schrank, für den Sommer aber zu warm). Im Kühlschrank befinden sich angebrochene Lebensmittel wie Marmelade oder Mayo aus dem Glas). Auf dem Sofa befanden sich Flecken. Leider war die Beschichtung der Pfannen beschädigt, sodass man sie nicht nutzen konnte. Das Geschirr hätte gespült werden müssen, bevor man es nutzt. Daher haben wir lediglich auswärts gegessen.

    El barrio estaba muy bien comunicado con el centro y con el aeropuerto. La casa era cómoda y cumplía expectativas..

    Tuvimos un problema con el sofá cama. La verdad es que la actitud de la.propietaria no fue de gran ayuda. No parecía entender el.problema y en todo momento actuó incómoda por tener que.molestarla en ir a casa a ayudarnos. La casa está bien, pero no creo que.repitieramos, en los alojamientos valoro mucho.la actitud de la gente a su cargo.
