Great value for money if you want reasonable prices without sacrificing comfort.
It’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are great and facilities are lovely and not old. Balcony is very nice to sit out as well overall a really nice place to stay for a reasonable price.
Our downside is picky but the hot water from the shower wasn’t reliable sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t but overall the place was great.

Tolle Lage und sehr sauber, aber Bad und Klimaanlage sind verbesserungswürdig.
Die Lage war sehr gut, Supermärkte kleine Cafés und Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Näher. Zu Fuß ungefähr 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Im Großen und Ganzen auch sehr sauber. Die Terrasse war auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Das allgemeine Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Es gab zur Begrüßung sogar einen kleinen "Frühstückskorb".
Das Bad war leider im Vergleich zum Rest der Wohnung etwas verkommen. Dusche und Wasserhahn sehr verkalkt, der Wasserhahn sah aus als wenn er fast abfällt. Das Apartment verfügt zwar über eine Klimaanlage, jedoch scheint sie nicht mehr richtig zu funktionieren. Das Zimmer ist selbst bei niedrigster Stufe nur sehr langsam abgekühlt und die Luft ist z.B. nicht ins Schlafzimmer gezogen, weshalb die Nächte recht unruhig waren. Wir waren Anfang September da (täglich ca. 32 Grad). Dementsprechend stark hat sich die Wohnung im 4. Stock aufgeheizt. Hier wäre eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, insbesondere auch im Schlafzimmer, wirklich wünschenswert.

Appartamento perfetto per una coppia, ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile, curato nei dettagli. Posizione strategica
Il terrazzo molto rilassante e curato, l’ideale per un aperitivo prima di uscite per cena. Abbiamo apprezzato il pensiero di farci trovare la prima colazione della nostra vacanza ☺️
La mancanza di ascensore ( ma il palazzo è storico, quindi immaginiamo non sia possibile installarlo) e la mancanza di un doccino, visto che non c’è il bidet.
