  Host disponibilissima e accogliente, durante il nostro soggiorno é venuta a casa più volte mentre eravamo fuori per annaffiare le piante e buttare la spazzatura (ovviamente avvertendoci)

  I write this fully aware that Ms. Dionysia will not be moved, as she is incapable of holding a proper dialogue. For three consecutive days of communication, her tactic was the same: yelling, rudeness, and hanging up the phone on us. On the second day, when she showed up to greet us, we overlooked the negatives, as we had small children with us, as she unjustly judged. We called her to ask permission to invite a local family and play music – which she kindly approved, saying, “Do whatever you want, it’s summer.” She informed us music could be played until 1 a.m.. That same day, at 9:50 p.m., she called us screaming about the music and insinuating that neighbors had complaints. Yes, the volume went up momentarily, but her reaction was excessive and unprofessional. The next day, when we called to resolve the issue, she again yelled and hung up on us. On the third day, she showed up in person – again yelling, arrogant, and rude. Ms. Dionysia simply does not know the business. She cannot handle even the simplest issue, doesn’t know how to communicate, and behaves disgracefully. We are not random tourists. We have roots and relatives on the island and visit every summer. We work and run businesses with customers – we know what professionalism means. To our disappointment, the cleanliness was terrible: dirty shutters, spider webs, a filthy and used sponge and cloth left in the kitchen with no explanation. When she changed the sheets and towels on the third day, she did not inform us or even call. She entered the house without permission and while no one was home. The worst was her arbitrary changing of check-out from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., with no notice. She arrived at 10:30 a.m. on foot, right under our noses, as if we were occupying the house, causing unnecessary tension. She left us with insinuations that we might steal from the house – something we would have taken legal action over immediately if not for the presence of relatives.

  Recommand totally!

  Everything was perfect! Sissy was very kind and helpful with everything, full of heart😁 The villa is much more better than in the pictures, we loved it! At every room there are air condition, a big livingroom and a kitchen, a big garden with some cats😻 i recommend totally! The beach is 10 minutes with car, the shops are on the way to beach, so super!
