Comfy apartment in great residence with pool
This apartment was a real gem. We really enjoyed everything: the comfortable apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances, the communication with the owner and the residence staff was also great, the rooftop pools and the underground garage were very convenient, and the location is amazing, at a short walk from restaurants and shops. Pools are also kid-friendly, which was a big plus for us.

First time stay in Playa Del Carmen! We loved it!!!! The location of the Ipana apartment was in the perfect spot close to the Chedraui supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and 5th Avenue. It also had a roof top which had four pools so it was great to be by and spend your days relaxing. The apartment itself was lovely it was the perfect size for two people well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and Nespresso machine and water provided since you can’t drink the water in the complex
We apartment complex was great, however the unit itself had a few negatives. Since our unit A2 was on the ground level and was directly behind the reception area it was extremely noisy at times with people coming and going…we could never really sleep in past 7:00 am we did voice our concerns and was told the management would look after it. We did have a small patio it was a nice feature, it had two chairs and little table surrounded by various plants a tropical jungle; it wasn’t really ideal to sit out there with people walking past all the time, all the cleaning staff would walk by to get water from the fountain and even enjoy the stone bench to our patio to break for coffee and/or lunch.
