    如果房東能將住宿設備可以維持像這一次的狀態，我會願意推薦朋友來住。

    位置就在新街場鬧區內，不論是覓食、購物都十分方便，幾乎都是走路就到的距離。 離利南巴士站很近，往返檳城雙向交通都省不少時間，不用跑到位置較遠的bus terminal 上車。

    樓下商場招商太差，幾乎是空舖，幸好過馬路就有便利商店。
