  Very nice apartment to stay, with kitchen and big bathroom, clean, quiet area 15 min walk from old town, 25 from main train station, host was nice and answered fast

  Грязно и очень не уютно . Мало мест хранения.

  Единственный плюс это локация

  Очень грязные апартаменты, которые совершенно не соответствуют фотографиям на сайте. Санузел требует срочной реанимации: коврики и сама ванна были покрыты грибком. Постельное бельё серого цвета, полотенца — чёрные, при этом всё имело выраженный запах сырости. Возникли сомнения ,что это вторичное использование Кондиционер пыльный и очень шумный. Более того владелец не рекомендует им пользоваться, если температура не выше +28 🤦‍♀️ В апартаментах очень темно. Над рабочей поверхностью кухни отсутствует дополнительное освещение, поэтому нормально готовить практически невозможно. Окна выходят во внутренний двор. Сам двор настолько маленький, что при открытых окнах слышен буквально каждый шорох соседей. Если вы привыкли спать с открытыми окнами, будьте готовы к постоянному шуму. Отдельно стоит отметить матрас и подушки — крайне неудобные, спать было тяжело. Единственный плюс апартаментов — удачное расположение. Больше, к сожалению, положительных моментов для себя не нашли. Не рекомендую эти апартаменты. Уровень чистоты и санитарного состояния был настолько неприятным, что возникало желание просто собрать вещи и съехать.

  Specious apartment close to the old town

  The apartment is in an older style and has been partially renovated. It is spacious and quite comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. The large living room, with a big table and a sofa, makes the apartment particularly pleasant and practical. The windows overlook a courtyard, so you cannot hear any noise from the busy road at all. The apartment is about a 30-minute walk from the train station and very close to the old town. It is easy to get to and very conveniently located. It is on the third floor, and there is a lift in the building. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Salt, sugar and cleaning supplies were also provided. Airconditioning - big unit and is working efficiently.

  I prefer white towels to black or dark grey ones, as it is difficult to tell whether they are really clean. The small, old-fashioned bathtub is not very comfortable, with an uneven bottom that makes it difficult to stand safely while taking a shower.

  We had a wonderful stay at IRIS Home! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for exploring Como and Lake Como. Communication with Sabrina and Alberto was excellent – they were very kind, helpful and provided clear instructions for everything. We felt very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality! We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend IRIS Home to others. 😊🇮🇹
