  Studio moderne très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé.

  Beau studio moderne et bien équipé (LL,MO, étendage extérieur, tancarville à l'intérieur...) très propre. Tout pour cuisiner (sauf 1 ouvre boîte) Il y a même un aspirateur à disposition (à l'entrée qui comprend 2 studios.) Situation idéale à -20m de la mer et -5mn du centre Rue calme Excellent wifi Literie propre et confortable Malgré la présence de moustiques ds le coin, aucun à l'intérieur grâce aux moustiquaire de qualité à chaque fenêtre. Excellente communication

  Tout y est pour cuisiner sauf...qu'il n'y a pas de table, ce qui manque cruellement pour manger. Il y a juste un petit guéridon qui ne sert pas à grand chose car ses 4 pieds sont reliés par des croisillons, de telle sorte qu'on ne peut pas passer les jambes dessous. J'ai dû manger avec l'assiette sur les genoux et travailler l'ordinateur posé sur les genoux. Dommage car une table pliante sous la TV serait la bienvenue. Enormes fuites à l'arrivée et à la sortie du flexible de la douchette qui font qu'on inonde la SDB en se douchant (il y a cependant à disposition plusieurs tapis de douche de bonne épaisseur pour éponger le sol). Odeur d'égout/humidité persistante (mais supportable) malgré la VMA de la SDB. Malheureusement c'est local et les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien. Ces petits bémols n'ont pas altéré mon séjour de 3 nuits, compte tenu de tous les atouts positifs de ce studio... que je recommande ++

  Хороші апартаменти з добротною кухнею.

  Ідеально чисто, прекрасне місцерозташування, у апартаментах є все необхідне, господарі були хоч і дистанційно, але постійно на звʼязку. Єдиний мінус - це слишимість, ставні ми самі зачинили, бо штор темних не було, дуже чутно сусідів звідусіль.

  Great location

  Great location, close to the city center but situated on a quiet street. The apartment was very clean, and both the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped.

  The water was not warm enough and took a very long time to heat up. I deducted two stars because of the very uncomfortable, cheap mattress and the squeaky bed. We only stayed for one night, but unfortunately it was very difficult to sleep.

  Ok place,kinda expensive but if you want something close to the center it will be good enough also this

  The easy access to the place and the location

  It is on the ground floor and it’s fully tiles so it is kinda cold,the bed is not the best quality one and the bathroom is very small,we could hear everything that the people from above us where talking
