    I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Rufat, who was extremely kind and helpful with our luggage. He was always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. I would also like to give a special mention to Ayda at the reception. She was very professional, welcoming, and made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Another big thank you to Rufana, who oversees the buffet. She was exceptionally attentive and made sure everything was well organized, clean, and properly maintained. Her attention to detail and friendly service made breakfast and dining a much more enjoyable experience. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a genuinely caring team. These three employees in particular made our stay even more special. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Расположен в удобном месте, рядом с метро и недалеко от всех достопримечательностей. Хочется отметить работу всех сотрудников рецептии, особенно Нихана. Он организовал транспорт в отель и из отеля в аэропорт. Все время был на связи. Спасибо

    Немного ложка дегтя. Завтрак в отеле не соответствует заявленным 4 звёздам. Хотелось бы,чтобы официанты следили за буфетом во время завтрака. Часто то или иное блюдо, так же как и кофе заканчивались раньше, чем заканчивался завтрак

    Очень чистый отель, расположен в центре, удобное расположение, завтраки прекрасные, девушка Руфана милая и приветливая, подскажет и ответит на все вопросы, очень понравилось
