    Neue, grosse und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Defiziten in Austattung und Lage

    Moderne Wohnung mit drei Klimaanlagen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sieht super aus. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer, besonders beim Abendessen draussen. Auch die eigene Dachterrasse kann dazu benutzt werden, die Aussicht zu geniessen. Eigene Garage für das Auto mit angebotenen Fahrrädern zur Benutzung. Der Gastgeber Simone ist nett und fragt oft nach, ob alles passt. Dies hauptsächlich auf italienisch oder mit wenig Englischkenntnissen.

    Sehr schade, dass diese Top-Wohnung ohne Hand- und Duschtücher und ohne Bettwäsche angeboten wird. Wir hatten dies übersehen (anders gewohnt) und mussten alles vor Ort kaufen gehen. Die topmoderne Küche mit Induktionsherd verfügt zwar über gutes Geschirr, aber bei den Kochutensilien ist Luft nach oben (Messer unscharf, Kaffee nur mit Cafetera, kein Trocknungstuch). Die Lage ist fussläufig schwierig, denn es muss jedes Mal die schnelle Hauptstrasse überquert werden und dieser der Leitplanke entlang gefolgt werden, um in die Stadt oder an viele Strände zu gelangen. Es ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat.
