Közel van a parthoz. Tágas terasz, székekkel asztallal és 2db napozóágyakkal. Kaptunk plusz 2db törülközőt.
Wc öblítèskor a víz minden esetben kifröccsent. Kellemetlen volt a wc papírt a kukában gyüjteni,ezt fel kellene tüntetni,mert az ország nem minden részén működik igy. Nem volt melegvíz,amit jeleztünk a szállásadónak,de meleg vizet az 1 hét alatt az utolsó napon èreztünk. Nem volt plusz kukazsák, sem konyharuha, még egy kis só sem a konyhában.

Foarte aproape de mare, cu o poziție excelentă
Locația vilei este un mare avantaj. Este foarte aproape de mare, la aproximativ 100 de metri, astfel încât ajungi foarte ușor pe jos la plajă. Este, de asemenea, relativ aproape de centrul localității Nea Flogita. Vila pare nouă și modernă, este bine întreținută și oferă facilități utile pentru un sejur confortabil: chicinetă, baie destul de spațioasă și terasă. Per ansamblu, poziționarea și condițiile oferite sunt foarte bune.
Nu au fost disconforturi majore. La începutul sejurului au existat câteva situații legate de curățenie și de apa caldă, probabil și pe fondul faptului că era deja final de sezon. Aceste aspecte au fost însă comunicate proprietarei și s-au rezolvat ulterior. Per total, este important că a existat comunicare și disponibilitate pentru remedierea problemelor, astfel încât acestea nu au afectat în mod semnificativ sejurul, iar la final experiența a fost una bună.

Very good location near the beach and few meters away from a good restaurant and beach bar. The apartment is small but very well decorated and for 2 nights it was absolutely ok.
The stony beach with a lot of stones pf any size is very uncomfortable. Flogida is a small village with nothing to do there.
