    Stay marred by the above deficiencies . Booking.con should be more aware about the informations released to the clients

    Location, great. Room, beautiful and spacious .

    Awful bathroom. Awful breakfast room. Awful room service (continental breakfast denied in the room). Not what you can expect at a five-star hotel, just a three-star hotel . Why Booking.com endorse such a wrong valuation ?

    The hotel is perfectly located in Old Town so everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The hotel itself is charming with an over-the-top old world atmosphere. Our suite was very clean, with a huge sittingroom, large bedroom and large bath. The staff went out of their way -- the restaurant maitre'd gave us preferential treatment when we didnt have a reservation and the kitchen packed us a breakfast take away bag when we had an early pickup.

    The hotel is a joy to behold, but. . .

    the room is a work of art. the hotel is 3 minutes away from.the Old Town Plaza

    Since it is in the Old Town area, the Uber and other taxis cannot drop you near the hotel. From the train station, i was dropped about a hundred meters from.the hotel which keft me dragging my bag on cobble stones. but one can hire the hotel car which alone is allowed to drop guests in front of the hotel itself.
