soggiorno pessimo all'Hotel Iserhof: camera scomoda in soffitta, zero pulizie, carenze di sicurezza
Gentile Redazione di Booking, vi scrivo per evidenziare alcune note molto negative relative al mio recente soggiorno presso l'hotel Iserhof in Anras, prenotato, pagato e fruito tramite il vostro sito. Mi fido molto di Booking, ma in questo caso mi devo ricredere e sono rimasto fortemente deluso. Innanzitutto, la camera assegnata era di scarsa qualità e poco chiara nella descrizione: si trattava di una soffitta con due soli lucernari come finestre, un bagno minuscolo dove è difficile muoversi senza rischiare di sbattere la testa contro le pareti e una porta d'ingresso con vetri che lasciano filtrare la luce del corridoio illuminando la stanza ogni volta che qualcuno accende la luce fuori. L'accesso avviene tramite una scala piccola, ripida e totalmente in legno, che rappresenta l'unica via d'uscita. Ancora più grave è la situazione legata alla sicurezza: non ci sono vie di fuga né un sistema antincendio adeguato. Se dovesse verificarsi un incendio o un'emergenza nei piani inferiori, chi si trova sopra non avrebbe alcuna via di scampo. È inaccettabile che in una struttura ricettiva non venga applicato un minimo di sicurezza. Le tragedie come quella di Crans-Montana non ci hanno insegnato nulla; credo che almeno la vostra organizzazione debba pretendere l'incolumità e la sicurezza dei propri clienti. A tutto ciò si aggiunge che durante tutto il soggiorno non sono mai state fatte le pulizie e non sono mai stati cambiati né la biancheria da letto né gli asciugamani. sehr schöne Unterkunft für Ausflüge am Bodensee, sehr gute Lage
Frühstück gibt es für 17€ im benachbarten Hotel oder beim Bäcker (20m). Im Hotel war es um Klassen besser. Das Zimmer mit Sanitärzelle liegt unterm Dach, 56 Stufen, Dachschrägen - gemütlich, aber nix für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuß sind oder/und schweres Gepäck dabei haben. Alles war sehr sauber.

Nice stay next to the lake
Very pleasant and clean apartment, located right by the lake. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and assisting us with any questions we had. A big plus was having a vacuum cleaner available. If we return to Hagnau, we will definitely stay here again!
having a microwave would be very useful.
