    Pleasant

    Great location!

The house has obviously been cleaned but only somewhat superficially. There have been significant amounts of dust on lampshades, the higher windows were dirty and many things looked somewhat grimy and run down. Also the open space living area is not separated from the 2nd half-floor where the sleeping area is (noise/privacy). The A/C is located on the lower floor and is not sufficient to evenly heat/cool the lower and upper floors.
