  A shabby, run-down apartment that is well-located and comes with a large terrace.

  The property is in a great location, right in the heart of Seville. A 10-minute walk from major attractions like the cathedral. We booked the apartment primarily because of the terrace and we got a lot of use out of it, particularly given the August heat. Other facilities were also useful (fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, etc). However, see below for issues.

  The property was unclean (4 photos attached as it won’t let me upload more). We had to clean the shower before we used it because it was dirty; there was black dirt on the tiles and on the glass. The sofa was dirty. The cushions were dirty. The walls were dirty and marked and paint was peeling off. The plunge pool on the terrace was filthy, as were the chairs and sun loungers. There were a collection of dead flying ants on the coffee table in the living room. In addition, the whole place was shabby. The shower, which was tiny, was entirely missing one of its doors (which had been laid on the floor on the terrace). The bedroom door was not attached - it was just propped up against the wall. Some of the sun loungers are broken and some of the rattan outdoor seating is broken. We did not have WiFi for the first day of our stay. The washing machine - one of the reasons we booked this apartment - was missing its handle and was therefore unusable. On the last day of our stay, all lights in the apartment stopped working. Don’t get me wrong, the place was passable, and if you’ll be out most of the time or sat on the terrace, it’s fine. However, we were highly disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and the facilities. I also notice that multiple other guests have made the same complaints (for e.g., about the missing shower door) and the owners have not rectified the issue. It seems it is not a priority. For the price of the accommodation, we expected a much better experience.

  L'emplacement est top et la piscine privée est très agréable. Le rooftop est bien agencé avec une pièce indépendante très charmante.

  Lovely property very good location. Accommodation basic but the terrace made up for it!

  Location was superb and terrace with dip pool was great around 4pm to chill with a tin of beer. Free parking a bonus

  No elevator - so be sure not to take a large suitcase! Could have been a welcome bottle of water in the fridge
