    For the amount they charge, I expect better service

    Clean. Close the beach. There were evening activities like live music.

    Not even water or coffee near the front desk 24*7 like nearby hotels. No all-incl packages like food and beverages package. Everything needs separate payment. Even strict “towel card” policy is sounds dumb
