Location, how clean it was, quiet and easy to access property.

Air con is extremely loud like it's broken, but still produces cold temps, hard to sleep at night with it being so loud. The shower had almost zero pressure, some days we could not shower. Temperature kept going from cold to boiling hot and not being able to control it. Definitely needs to be fixed.
