    Situation géographique qui permet de rayonner sur toute l'ile, l'emplacement avec vue sur l'océan, le calme malgré le passage de la Hwy à proximité, le jardin tropical

    La gestion de la location avec trop de messages automatiques envoyés avant votre arrivée, et avant votre départ. Surtout pour le check out où les messages vous mettent la pression, deux jours avant votre départ (en vous annonçant éventuellement des facturations supplémentaires si l'apparetemnt n'était pas restitué en bon état, sans déchets laisser à l'intérieur, etc..., alors que vous etes encore en pleine ambiance vacances, j'oublie tout! Pour moi, cela a été pénible d'autant plus qu'une fois avoir quitté les lieux, plus rien, et aucun message pour vous informer que la récupération de l'appartement est OK ou pas... La relation avec le client est à revoir, à mon avis.

    Location & garden landscapes

    Mattress needs to be replaced & toaster didn’t work. Wish there were a couple beach chairs & umbrella.

    Peaceful, beautiful location, convenient to explore all parts of the island.

    The grounds were beautiful and the location is super convenient. Relaxed atmosphere, quiet overall. Amazing views from the patio. Really enjoyed the walking path by the ocean.

    I would have liked more towels in the room and for the beach/pool. Had to go back to the room or lobby to use restroom if you were by the pool.
