    Beautiful apartment, great location.

    Great location, in between the Arenal and port, with the local supermarket just across the road. Gorgeous property with plenty of views from a number of terraces. Beautiful swimming pool and gardens, always kept clean and tidy.

    The only problem I had with this property is being told to empty a bucket everyday as the outside air conditioning unit leaks and whilst in use the water builds up and has to be emptied. I was certainly not happy as I was on holiday and it seemed to me like I was helping the owner with maintenance work. This should be dealt with as you cannot expect paying guests to carry on doing the odd job unless the price reflects this.

    Prima, comfortabel en centraal gelegen.

    Comfortabel sfeervol maisonnette, centraal gelegen tussen haven, oude stad en strand. Drie mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten. Goede bedden, genoeg opbergruimte, alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Parkeren voor de deur.

    Het douchegordijn in het bad mag vervangen worden door glas. Verwarming in de woonkamer boven zou fijn zijn. In de zomer is het gehorig en druk daar hadden wij nu geen last van. In de zomer is Javea überhaupt een andere beleving.
