My booking number is 6312055293, under the name Rami Alhussein, for May 14, 2026, in Rome. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the property owner had rented the room to another guest for a higher price, despite the fact that I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation through Booking.com. This happened late at night, which put me in a very difficult situation and forced me to urgently search for alternative accommodation. As a result, I suffered financial loss, inconvenience, and significant stress. In addition, the full amount of the reservation was charged from my account, and until today I have not received any refund or proper resolution regarding this issue. I kindly request: An immediate full refund of the reservation amount. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and losses I experienced. Necessary action to be taken against the property owner for failing to honor a confirmed booking. I can provide all booking details, conversations, and supporting evidence if needed. Wonderful place in Rome
Great cozy entire apartment with nice garden. Wonderful place to relax after full day of touristic adventures in Rome. Ghostess was polite and helpful. Me and my friends are more than happy with our stay at such wonderful place. Thank you!!!
