    Very good

    The location is ideal, with a pleasant 30-minute walk to the Duomo passing by great spots like the Vertical Forest and Corso Como. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and a Carrefour is just a 5-minute walk away. It's a 12-minute walk from the central train station, and finding free overnight parking is easy. The first floor is convenient, especially if traveling with a stroller and kids. The owner provides excellent service via WhatsApp.

    The place is a bit dark due to the greenery outside the windows and being on the first floor. There wasn't an iron available—not a major issue, but worth noting. Also, be sure to check the front door keys (to the street); there are three of them, and one does not work smoothly. If you're splitting them among a group, it's best to test them in advance.
