Fake published on social media and I lost my money. During 2 days 55 time power going and coming. Loss of money. Booking app is pathetic as there is no proper customer relationship. I WAS thinking to change the hotel, but paid full amount and booking app doe's not have number or email to update. I will never ever book through you. I am filing case against the hotel to consumer court. Nothing like on hotel. Bathroom doors and bed bugs...so nothing to say good.
