  Cleanliness ,maintenance and safety

  Good Location with walking distanceto taksim square, but the Apartment Needs Serious Improvement We stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The location was good, and the two Tunisian staff members we met were kind and helpful, and I would like to thank them for that. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was disappointing, and several important things need to be improved. First, the bed was in very poor condition. It made loud noises every time either of us moved or got up, disturbing the other person's sleep. It was very uncomfortable and clearly needs to be replaced. Second, the toilet flush was not working, so we had to fill a bucket with water from the sink every time we needed to flush. This was very inconvenient and should have been repaired before guests arrived. The towels were also very old, and we were not provided with fresh towels during our stay. Because of the rainy weather and the difficulty of drying them, we had to buy our own towels. Furthermore, there was no cleaning service during our two-week stay. I even messaged to ask for cleaning supplies so I could clean the apartment myself, but unfortunately, my message was ignored. The bedding should also be changed regularly, ideally at least once a week during longer stays. Another serious concern was the safety of the staircase on the fourth floor. There was no proper railing or protective barrier along the open side of the stairs. This is a significant safety risk, particularly for children, as someone could easily fall directly to the floor below. This needs urgent attention to ensure the safety of all guests. I was surprised that such an important safety issue had not been addressed before the apartment was rented out. Overall, the location was the main positive aspect of our stay. The apartment itself needs significant maintenance and better attention to cleanliness, basic facilities, and guest comfort.

  Gazda a fost receptiva la cerințele noastre

  Apartamentul avea un miros pregnant de mucegai, la baie cabina de dus era forte veche si ruginita la fel și bateria de la chiuveta, mucegai in colturile de la gresie si faianta . In bucatarie toata vesela era de spui ca era adunat de la tomberon, jaluzeaua de la bucatarie era rupta inodaita si atarnata de un dulap si evacuarea de la hota. Într-un cuvant ce am cumparat a fost o mizerie de cazare prezentat frumos. PS pozele de pe Booking nu reflecta realitatea care este groaznica.
