    Very disappointed

Firstly, regarding the size of the flat, they stated that it was 484 square feet, but in fact, it was no more than 200 square feet. It was very tiny, dirty, and had a very unpleasant smell. The staff were good and friendly, but the location was rubbish. They also stated that parking was available, but there was no parking at all. They said that a cot was available upon request. I specifically requested a cot, but they did not provide one. I couldn’t sleep all night because I was worried about my child. I am happy to provide evidence if required. However, I would like you to please refund my money, as I feel that I was misled about almost everything that was advertised. Please don’t be tricked
