    Muy bien ubicado, con muebles viejos pero las camas y la ducha bien.

    La ubicación es lo que más me ha gustado, al lado de una parada de tren de cercanías y se podía ir al centro andando fácilmente. Está en un barrio obrero, con muchas tiendas y talleres, con precios mucho mejores que en el centro, para desayunar, cenar y hacer compras.

    Los muebles están viejos e incluso rotos y las instalaciones se han realizado con chapuzas, pero las camas estaban bien y la ducha funcionaba bien que era lo más importante. La cocina tenía poco menaje. No hemos tenido que usar el aire acondicionado y no sé si funcionaba, pero había en la habitación. Lo que más me gustó ha sido una terraza comunitaria que había en la última planta en la que se estaba muy bien por las noches.

    Ontvangst van de eigenaar en de ligging van het appartement.

    Het appartement is oud, had iets beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Kleine renovatie is op zijn plaats. Maar voor de prijs en de ligging is het ok.
