  خدعة الصور . المخالفه للواقع. وخطورة السكن.

  صراحه المكان جدا قديم وسيئ وخدعت بالصور والتعليقات. المكان بحاجه الى إعادة تجديد بالكامل. كل شي حرفيا سيئ. ماعدا الموظفين جميعهم يبذلون قصارى جهدهم لإرضاء النزلاء بالذات مروان ومراد. نبدأ منذ اول يوم وصلنا به. لم يكن حجزنا موجود وقامو بإعطائنا غرفه مؤقته حتى ثاني يوم جهزوا لنا الشقه. صدمتني كمية الغبار وعدم النظافه في الشقه. وقذارة الفوط والديكور مقزز والأثاث متهالك وآثار حرق السجائر في كل مكان . الحمام الرشاش يسرب الماء والسخانات لاتعمل والسقف يخر ماء. وغلاية الماء في المطبخ قذر ومحروق. اضطررت لأن اشتري غلاية ماء كهربائيه . الارضيات الخشب متهالكه وبعضها قابل للسقوط والانهيار. كل شي في هذا المكان يشكل خطوره على الصحه العامه والاطفال تحديدا. حتى طاولة الطعام مكسوره واصابت ابنتي بإصابه في رجلها. فقمت بتثبيتها بقطعة بلاستيك لسلامة أطفالي. لايوجد تنظيف يومي للشقه وقد قام الموظف بإعطائي الشراشف والفوط لأقوم بتنظيف والتبديل بنفسي. المصعد لايعمل ولا يتسع الا لشخص واحد . الوضع في هذا المكان جدا سيئ. To be honest, the place is extremely old and in poor condition; I was misled by the photos and reviews. It is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Everything—literally everything—is bad, with the exception of the staff, who all do their absolute best to satisfy the guests—especially Marwan and Mourad. To start from our first day: our reservation could not be found, so they provided us with a temporary room until the apartment was ready the following day. I was shocked by the amount of dust and the lack of cleanliness. The towels were filthy, the decor was repulsive, the furniture was worn out, and there were cigarette burn marks everywhere. In the bathroom, the showerhead leaked, the water heaters didn't work, and the ceiling was dripping water. The electric kettle in the kitchen was dirty and scorched, forcing me to go out and buy a new one. The wooden flooring was dilapidated—in some places, it was on the verge of collapsing. Everything in this place poses a risk to public health, especially for children.

  Decent choice for price.

  Great location close to Taksim square. Generous sized apt with huge comfortable bed. Compact bathroom with good shower. Kitchen was ok for basic cooking. Room cleaned daily. Staff were polite and helpful. Able to relocate us to sister hotel when heavy rains caused bedroom ceiling to.leak. Please note that even though the property has a lift, it starts from first floor, meaning you have 30.steps to climb to reach it. The hotel is located on a very busy street, so there will be noise. Take ear plugs if sensitive sleeper

  The room needs some TLC TV didn't work for duration of stay. Lift faulty, as couldn't call to 4th floor (meaning someone had to climb up / down flight of stairs to get lift). Wardrobe doors broken. Kettle full of leaves, needed scrubbing out. Broken clothes dryer.
