    Disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, poor communication and last-minute room changes.

    Location

    I am very disappointed with my stay. The room was changed on the day of check-in, and I was only informed about the change while I was already speaking with the receptionist. This was very inconvenient, as I expected to receive the room I had originally booked without any last-minute surprises. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. The bedsheets looked old, and I was unsure whether they had been properly washed or changed before my arrival. This made me feel uncomfortable and question the overall hygiene of the room. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations. Better communication, proper room preparation, and improved cleanliness are needed. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

    Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would be happy to stay here again.

    I really liked the convenient location in Cebu IT Park. The place was comfortable, clean. It was also easy to get around and close to restaurants, shops, and other establishments.

    I expected complimentary drinking water to be provided. It would also have been better if towels and room slippers were provided, as these are basic amenities I expected during the stay.
