    Location was good. Thanks for Pet Friendly for our 10# small four legged family member. Fifty Four years of married and 25 trips too Gatlinburg with our entire family. You could have done better with minimal investment on the cost for improvements to the small items.

    Property needs a lot of upgrades. Appliances, Televisions, the seating in the media room are not properly secured to the floor, speakers don’t work not even connected to the system , carpets old and need replacing, beds in every room make noise as does the plumbing when you roll over get up in and out. A little investment would go a long way to make this a nice home away from home. All TVs very small with limited up to date channel. Mostly commercials or old shows. What about the garbage disposal down the road hauling in our family car with trash every where? With A little attention/improvements this house could be a home run. Just Needs little things like a small table to put my coffee cup on while enjoying the rocker and view from the porch etc. Helpful hints etc.
