Just because the VALUG third party getting involved, avoid it.

The apartment is fine, nothing crazy, some maintenance may be needed. Looks like edited pictures by the way. The condo is good, with a nice swimming pool for family groups. Nearby beach is good, depends on sea tide.

The way VALUG (a third party not sure why involved on property management) handle the checkin / check out process on behalf of the owner was a real PITA. They are way so far away from excelence and funcionality for the visitors. In an effort to protect (not sure why) some rights of the owner, they push you so much for stupid request that make the checkin process extremely difficult and not easy going for a family group in holidays. Absolutely ridiculuos, since, as I expressed to them, booking lock our credit card and the owner should be able to collect or claim for any other right he consider out. But these VALUG guys are the worst experience. In short, if you see another accomodations without this guys in the middle, definitely go for it.
