This apartment was great for our stay in Florence. So very close to everything. Very comfortable and clean. The host was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful building. Facilities don't match what is stated on booking.com
Building and rooms were lovely. Working lift. Amazing location. Everything was walkable to, including the train station.
Lack of Aircon ment it was uncomfortable. Tv doesn't work. Bad sewage smell comes from showers sometimes (we had it twice in 3 days).

整体入住体验还可以，但是我住的这几天街道对面正在装修，早上六七点就已经开始有很吵的施工声音了。
工作人员很热情也很有耐心。位置还不错。

We loved it and wanted to stay longer!
Location, location, location. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the facilities as well as how close it was to all the key sites/museums. Literally around the corner was the Duomo. The apartment was on a quiet street but still close to everything - food, museums, shopping, etc. The apartment building was quiet and comfortable.
A/C was limited to master bedroom.

Delightful
Location was amaizing and Ricardo the person who gave us the keys and accompanied us into the appartement was of great help even assiting us with taxi info at our early departure due to a flight cancellation.
It was a bit noisy but I understand its downtown
